Product Introduction:
The air after compressed 、cooled,goes into the the air cooling separation compressor, Then it enter the purifging removal of water、Carbon dioxide and most of the hydrocarbons. After purifying the air into the fractionating cold-box in the heat exchangers,After the purifier, the clean air flows into a heat exchanger in which it gets heat exchange with returned oxygen, nitrogen and waste nitrogen. In the lower column, the air is separated initially. The liquid nitrogen is in the upper column and the liquid air is in the lower column. And then, the liquid air is sucked to the middle of the upper column through a sub-cooler. After distillation in the upper column, the product oxygen is achieved in the condenser evaporator at the bottom of the upper column. It can be supplied to client after it is heated up to a specified temperature through the main heat exchanger. As is required of the client, the product oxygen is increased in pressure in the oxygen compressor through an air buffer, then it flows to the client or be filled into the steel bottle. The product nitrogen from the top of the upper column is fed out after through the sub-cooler and the heat exchanger. It also can be supplied to the client or filled into the steel bottle after increasing the pressure. The waste nitrogen from the upper column is fed to the filter as regeneration gas of the molecular sieves after heated.
