Equipment Introduction
Air is sucked in from the air filter to remove mechanical impurities such as dust, and then enters an oil-free lubrication air compressor. After two stages of compression, it enters the aftercooler and cools to room temperature. After passing through an efficient oil remover to remove oil and impurities, it enters the precooling unit and cools to around 5-1 ℃. Then, it enters a micro heat drying machine to absorb the moisture in the air.
The air enters the nitrogen generator to remove oxygen from the air, and the purified nitrogen enters the expander, heat exchanger, and subcooler for refrigeration and liquefaction, producing liquid nitrogen for supply to customers.
